[It's been a long day of traveling and training- well, okay, traveling and watching Puddles graze instead of battling- but today was not an entire waste! Now that things have settled down a little, Sora can focus on a new task he's assigned himself: he's managed to scrounge up a pen and a few small scraps of paper, though he'll write all over his map if he needs to. When the video flips on, that's exactly what he's doing, hunched over with his tongue poking out in concentration as he scribbles.]
[After a moment, he looks up, like he'd forgotten he'd turned on his pokégear. That's not the case, though:]
Hey! Can you guys help me with something?

[Crud, what else did Jiminy always write down about the people they met? Sora chews on the back of his pen in thought.]

And even though she's sitting crosslegged, like... not too far away, she considers answering by PokeGear since that's how he asked the question, but... if he'd wanted her help, wouldn't he have asked? So after a second of looking indecisive, she turns off the PokeGear and sets it aside, instead lifting a PokeBall. She hadn't let Pink Mr. Edgeworth out of the ball thing since she'd caught him (nor had she put Fanny in his since she'd let him out), almost afraid the strange pink Hopper--that's what Maya had called them--would be mad at her.
But Sora's here, so if Pink Mr. Edgeworth's too mad, Sora would help her... Right?
She pushes the button, and with a flash, a
HoppipHopper appears on the grass in front of her, looking confused. Pearly has no clue what to do, so she offers it a hand to sniff?]I'm sorry I did that, Pink Mr. Edgeworth. But that boy was yelling at me, so I didn't know what else to do... [The Hoppip wanders closer just a little, but won't let her touch it yet, lying down a few feet out of reach.]

[Pink Mr. Edgeworth's garnered Sora's curiosity as well, and he sets the pokégear aside to watch.]
Whoa, Pearl! You caught another one?

Sure, what do you need help with?

Can you tell me about yourself? My good friend keeps a journal about the worlds we visit normally, but he's not here, so I'm doing it for him.
