Re: 003; voice/action for Saffron

[a certain kid on the network this evening has, having stayed mostly quiet except to catch up with friends after that train disaster, finally decided to pipe up-- to ask something those who know him probably... would not expect for him to ask.]

[there is a good reason for it, though.]

I know that the point of traveling around this world is to work with and learn about Pokémon, but... does anybody else besides me miss going to school?

[because studying somehow seems like a plausible method to recapturing and hanging on to whatever vagrant memories he might not know about, of course. that supposed brain fart about Hollow Bastion a week ago was enough to really rattle his confidence.]

[Saffron Pokécenter visitors might spot this studious teen situated in a quiet corner, a large notebook open across his lap. whether he's scrawling out notes or a hilariously bad drawing, it's hard to tell at a passing glance.]

My name is Ziva. And please, just call me Ziva. I am not old enough for 'ma'am.'

[As a matter of fact, she's floored someone for calling her that before. Among other things. You're lucky you're cute, Sora.]

As for the strangest...the first case I was involved in, perhaps. There was a body found in an antique cast-iron casket, dressed in a period soldier's uniform, but with a cell phone. The victim was a Civil War re-enacter who had been killed over a map leading to a cache of antique weapons. He had kept the map in a safety deposit box with a mummified hand.

[Ziva still thinks that one was pretty damn weird.]

[Sora would count his blessings if he knew!]

I... what? What's so special about a bunch of old weapons? Could you even use them?

[he hails from a world of sunshine and paopu trees and a distinct lack of weaponry aside from what he and his friends used in combat. putting Keyblades on display would seem pretty counterproductive if he thought about it.]

They were worth quite a lot of money, to those who have interest in collecting such things. Well over a million dollars. It is quite likely that they would still be functional, though.

... I have no idea how much that is in munny. What can you buy with a million dollars?

Quite a lot. My car about fifty times over, for instance.

[a vehicle then, huh? hmmm...]

I bet I could put together a really powerful Gummi ship with a million dollars! I mean... I'd already be flying a behemoth if I had a million munny to spend on one.
