[It's been a long day of traveling and training- well, okay, traveling and watching Puddles graze instead of battling- but today was not an entire waste! Now that things have settled down a little, Sora can focus on a new task he's assigned himself: he's managed to scrounge up a pen and a few small scraps of paper, though he'll write all over his map if he needs to. When the video flips on, that's exactly what he's doing, hunched over with his tongue poking out in concentration as he scribbles.]

[After a moment, he looks up, like he'd forgotten he'd turned on his pokégear. That's not the case, though:]

Hey! Can you guys help me with something?

[Sora pauses to pat his person for more paper, and upon finding none, he just grabs his map. the camera is momentarily obscured by the map, now covered entirely with scribbles along the edges, as he flips it over.]

Can you tell me about yourself? My good friend keeps a journal about the worlds we visit normally, but he's not here, so I'm doing it for him.

That sounds fine to me. What do you need to know?

You can tell me anything you want! What your world's like, what kind of Pokémon you've got here, favorite color..

Well, my home world is Gaia. It's the greatest place ever! It has almost everything you can imagine, and then some. I have an Aipom--

[He pauses, then snickers.]

It would probably help too if you knew my name. I'm Zidane.

Gaia? That's a neat name for a world.

[... yeah, that probably would help- Sora laughs lightly.]

Nice to meet you Zidane! I'm Sora. And.. what the heck's an Aipom?

The greatest!

[At Sora's question, Pom leaps up onto the male's shoulder and stares into the communicator. That sly, devilish grin was still on his face, and after a moment Zidane adjusts the device so that Sora could see them both.]

That's an Aipom.

Aipom! [The pokémon grins even more, as if it's possible.]

[by now a curious Girafarig has joined Sora, his head over Sora's shoulder as they both stare into the pokégear at Aipom with twin expressions of awe. The last monkeys Sora met threw banana peels at him and stole his munny.]

That's awesome! I bet he's a good fighter.

[Pom will still steal money if you get too close. At least he's stopped trying to steal things from his own trainer.]

Yup! He likes to work hard, just like me.

[Maybe it would be best to not mention his thief tendencies.]

So, what kind of pokémon is that?

[it's entirely possible that Sora will find out about that anyway.]

Oh! This is Puddles. He's, a, uh..

[Sora turns, and he and Puddles stare at each other for a moment, bewildered. Puddles decides to help out eventually by bleating out a "girafarig!"]

-- Right, right! Puddles is a Girafarig.

...Puddles.

[He fights the urge to laugh, but fails miserably. He couldn't help it though, it was kind of a funny name for something that looks like that.]

Oh, okay then. Not that I'll remember that...but I'll try!

You see it, right? He looks like a Puddles!

[Puddles steps back so his entire body is in full view and poses like a majestic steed, one front hoof lifted slightly, and accompanied by a proud "'farig!"]

Uhhh...sure, if you say so.

[Though, Zidane can't help but snicker a little bit more. Majestic steed, Puddles is not.]
